Terms of Service

Effective 25 October 2026 · Immersion, Zürich, Switzerland

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of immersionlab.tech and the Immersion platform. By creating an account, signing in or using the service you agree to them. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you may bind that organisation.

2. Invitation-only access

Access is granted to approved accounts only. We decide who is approved and may change, limit or withdraw approval at any time, including for accounts that breach these terms. Approval of one person does not grant access to others in the same organisation.

3. Your account

Keep your credentials secure and do not share them. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account, including actions taken by agents you configured. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

4. Governed execution and your review

Agents act only inside the permissions, budgets and approval rules configured for your workspace. Steps that change external systems require an explicit approval, and a missing permission or unavailable service is reported as blocked rather than presented as completed work.

Output is advisory until you review it. A pull request, patch, report or recommendation is a proposal for your inspection, not an applied or validated change. You remain responsible for reviewing, testing and deciding whether to use any result, including in production.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the service for unlawful, harmful or deceptive purposes;
  • attempt to bypass permissions, approvals, spend limits, regional restrictions or other controls;
  • probe, scan or disrupt the service, or access it by automated means we have not allowed;
  • submit content you have no right to use, or infringe other people’s rights;
  • resell or provide the service to third parties without our written agreement.

6. Connections and third-party services

Features that touch outside systems depend on services you connect, such as GitHub, model providers and product APIs. Those services have their own terms, pricing and availability, and your use of them through Immersion is also governed by them. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes or actions.

7. Availability and regional limits

The service is not offered from Russia, Belarus, Iran, Iraq or North Korea; requests from those regions receive HTTP status 451. Features, models and integrations may change, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Your content and our software

You keep your rights in the content you submit. You grant us the limited permission to process it to provide the service, including sending it to the model providers and connectors configured for your workspace. We keep all rights in the Immersion software, interfaces and marks, and you may not copy, license or reverse-engineer them except where such a restriction is not permitted by law.

9. No warranty

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that results are accurate, complete, fit for a particular purpose or free of defects.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or CHF 100 where you have paid nothing. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, endangers the service, or where we are required to do so by law. On closure you may request a copy or deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for disputes is Zürich, Switzerland, unless a mandatory consumer protection provision of your country of residence applies.

13. Changes and questions

We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the last revision. Continued use after an update means you accept it. Questions can be sent through the early-access form at immersionlab.tech/#early-access.
